Apply LLP respects your right to keep personal information confidential. This privacy statement highlights our purposes and ways of collecting and using information obtained via the Internet. This provision applies to all information obtained through the websites. apply.sg , my.apply.sg .

General provisions

This Policy is implemented by Apply LLP regarding the processing and protection of personal data of individuals on the basis of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 21, 2013 No. 94-V "On Personal Data and their Protection".

The Policy applies to all personal data that may be obtained by Apply LLP in the course of its activities, including clients of Apply LLP.

The purpose of the Policy is to provide the persons providing their personal data with the necessary information to assess which personal data is being processed and for what purposes, and which methods of ensuring their security are being implemented.

The Policy ensures the protection of the rights and freedoms of subjects when processing their personal data using automation tools or without the use of such tools, and also establishes the responsibility of persons with access to personal data for non-compliance with the requirements governing the processing and protection of personal data.

Customers using the services and services of Apply LLP, by informing Apply LLP of their personal data, including through the mediation of third parties, acknowledge their consent to the processing of personal data in accordance with this Policy.

Consent to the processing of personal data may be revoked by the personal data subject. If the personal data subject withdraws consent to the processing of personal data, the operator has the right to continue processing personal data without the consent of the personal data subject, provided there are grounds specified by applicable law.

This Policy may be amended by Apply LLP.

For the purposes of this Policy, personal data refers to any information related directly or indirectly to a specific individual.

Depending on the subject of personal data, Apply LLP may process personal data of the following categories of subjects in order to carry out its activities and fulfill its obligations:

Customer data — information required by Apply LLP to fulfill its obligations under contractual relations with the Customer and to comply with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
Customer's personal data provided during registration on the apply.sg website and my.apply.sg , including when implemented by the Client Orders.

Purposes of personal data processing

Apply LLP processes personal data to carry out its activities, including providing services to Customers. Apply LLP collects and stores the Client's personal data necessary for the provision of services, the fulfillment of agreements and contracts, and the fulfillment of obligations to the Client.

Apply LLP may use the Client's personal data for the following purposes:

identification of the Client within the framework of contracts;
communication with the Client, if necessary, including sending offers, notifications, information and requests, both related and unrelated to the provision of services, as well as processing applications, requests and requests from the Client;
improving the quality of services provided by the Company.

Terms of personal data processing

The terms of personal data processing are determined based on the purposes of processing in the information systems of Apply LLP, in accordance with the term of the client's agreement.

The circle of persons authorized to process personal data

In order to achieve the purposes of personal data processing in this Policy, only those employees of Apply LLP who are required to do so in accordance with their official duties are allowed to process personal data. Access to other employees may be granted only in cases prescribed by law. The organization requires its employees to respect confidentiality and ensure the security of personal data during their processing.

Apply LLP has the right to transfer personal data to third parties in the following cases::

The data client has explicitly expressed his consent to such actions;
The transfer is provided for by law within the framework of the procedure established by law.

At the same time, all obligations to comply with the terms of this Policy in relation to the data received by the acquirer are transferred to the acquirer.

Personal data processing methods

In the process of providing services, during the implementation of on-farm activities, Apply LLP uses automated and non-automated processing of personal data.

Implementation of personal data protection

The activity of Apply LLP in the processing of personal data in information systems is inextricably linked to the protection of the confidentiality of the information received. All employees are required to ensure the confidentiality of personal data, as well as other information provided by Apply LLP, if this does not contradict current legislation.

The security of personal data during their processing in the information systems of Apply LLP is ensured using an information security system.

The exchange of personal data during their processing in information systems is carried out through communication channels protected by technical means of information protection.

When processing personal data in the information systems of Apply LLP, the following are provided:

carrying out measures aimed at preventing unauthorized access to personal data and (or) transferring them to persons who do not have access to such information;
timely detection of unauthorized access to personal data;
preventing the impact on the technical means of automated personal data processing, as a result of which their functioning may be disrupted;
the possibility of immediate recovery of personal data modified and destroyed due to unauthorized access to them;
constant monitoring of the level of personal data security.
